Book First: Principles of Procedure

Article 1

1. An Act shall be issued for the Civil Procedure Code and shall be put into effect by the text attached to this legislative decree.

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect in accordance with Article 1033 of the attached text.
