Part Second: Appeal
Article 632
1. The time limit for objection is fifteen days from the date of notification of the judgment.
Article 633
1. The appeal is filed by means of a summons to the court that issued the judgment being appealed, and the rules governing the summons of the lawsuit shall be observed. It must include a statement of the grounds, otherwise it shall be null and void.
Article 634
The bailiff shall execute the judgment according to its terms and conditions.
Article 635
1. The trial of the appeal shall proceed in accordance with the rules and principles adopted by the court that issued the judgment being appealed.
Article 636
The court considering the objection may, anew, accept the claims of the plaintiff and the objector in accordance with the original request, pursuant to the ordinary rules.
Article 637
1. A new objection shall not be accepted from someone against whom a judgment was previously issued in absentia for a second time.
