Part Third: Closing of Trial

Article 500

1. The abridged procedures shall apply to the lawsuits stipulated in paragraph 1 of Article 86 of the Code of Civil Procedure issued by Legislative Decree No. 90 dated 16/9/1983, whose value does not exceed an amount equivalent to thirty times the minimum wage, provided that the original amount specified in the lawsuit summons is taken into consideration.
