Title Fourth: Appearance Bond

Article 1106

Art. 1106 - All provisions of the Medjellé and other legislative texts that are contrary to this Code of Obligations and Contracts or incompatible with its content are and remain repealed.

Article 1107

Art. 1107 - This Code shall come into force thirty months after its publication in the Official Gazette.
