Article 119
Article 119 - Obligations arise from: 1 - law, 2 - illegal acts (crimes and quasi-crimes), 3 - illegitimate enrichment, 4 - judicial acts.
Article 120
Article 120 - Legal obligations are those that arise directly and solely from the law, such as those existing between neighboring property owners or like alimentary debts imposed by a legislative text on certain parents or certain allies. As these obligations arise outside of the interested parties' will, they do not require any capacity from them, unless otherwise provided for in the law.
